Digital vehicle access pass

Goodbye paperwork!

We retire our mailman. Unlike in 2025, vehicle access passes for 24-hour race riders and teams will no longer be sent by post. The vehicle access authorization you need to drive your car and equipment to your lot will be sent by email for the first time and will therefore be completely digital. 

A new feature has also been added: a QR code. It can be used exactly as many times as your team’s vehicle access entitlement allows for. Solo and two rider teams receive one access authorization, teams of four receive three, and teams of eight rider six. 

Everything else remains unchanged, including the number of access authorizations and the color coding. As before, distribution of the vehicle access passes is the responsibility of the team captain. 

Please check once again that the correct email address is stored in your participant data. Vehicle access passes are scheduled to be sent on July 20.
