Online info & questions to the experts
Together with our partners, we have expanded and revised the “Know-how für lau” (Know-how for free) section on the RaR and PBT websites. More than 20 chapters — in text, photos, or videos — provide background on nutrition, training, and all things cycling.
If you want to dive deeper, ask questions directly, or train with us in person, we recommend the TOUR training camp in Playa de Muro.
To help you prepare for the camp, Yvonne Margraf, PBT’s sporting director, and head coach Torsten Weber will host a webinar covering training structure and content. The webinar takes place on Thursday, January 29, from 7 to 8 p.m. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions about content and procedures.
The webinar is mainly intended for registered participants, but anyone still unsure whether the camp is right for them is welcome as well. The webinar link will be included in the January newsletter.
