Even more radio at the Ring

This year, we’ll be kicking off the event on Friday evening at 6 pm with Radio RPR 1. Presenter Dirk Köster will be broadcasting live from the stage in the Expo area and is expecting some interesting guests to kick off Rad am Ring. This will make the coffee, beer and pasta in the beer garden taste even better, and the time until the start of the time trial at 8 pm will be much more entertaining. RPR 1 was one of our first partners, and Dirk Köster, the studio manager from Koblenz, has been on board since 2003. Whilst presenter Holger Kremers is currently reporting from the race track or the pit lane, Dirk Köster is based in the RPR 1 studio in the pit complex, providing participants with music and hourly news updates from around the world. Radio Nürburgring will be broadcast over the loudspeakers on Saturday and Sunday and can be heard in every corner of the Nürburgring, as well as worldwide via streaming.
