Special pitches: Complete offers with tent and equipment from SMI

Dear participants and those interested in booking Rad am Ring,

Our partner SMI is once again organizing a special camp in plot area “R” in 2025. In addition to toilets and showers in the immediate vicinity, SMI is once again building a loungy camp area. Above all, however, SMI is offering overnight accommodation solutions with tents and sleeping equipment in the Basic small (4.5x12m), Basic medium (5x12m), Basic large (6x12m) & Deluxe (5.5x12m) variants.

These are the advantages of the SMI camp:

1. independent infrastructure with toilets, showers and electricity

2. own access road, which makes arrivals and departures possible during the event

3. Separate parking lot (for an extra charge)

4. Extended plot size (suitable for the desired tent, for an extra charge)

5. loungy center with awning, seating, hammocks, & campfire to exchange ideas and relax

And this is how the booking works:

1. Get in touch with Oskar Schaefer from SMI (e-mail: oskar.schaefer@smi.gmbh or phone: +49 (0)40 228 670 942)

2. Book with SMI. You will receive a rental contract - it also guarantees you a pitch

3. Send an e-mail with the rental contract, the booking request (team size - 2, 4 or 8) and the number of additional parking spaces to service@radamring.de

4. We calculate the width of the plot based on the tent booked. The depth is always in the RaR grid of 12 meters. This results in the required number of square meters. We charge an extra €5 per square meter for each square meter above the standard (40 m² for a team of 4). An extra parking space costs 75 €. It will not be directly next to the tent plot but in the immediate vicinity of the R-area. As usual, the participation fees are included in the plot price
